Old Salt is proud to announce that we will begin weekend brunch service on Saturdays and Sundays, from 9am to 3pm, beginning May 17th.
Our menu, headed by Ian Watson (who has worked in the kitchens of DOC, Clyde Commons, Genoa, Roux, and former chef du cuisine of Venus Restaurant, in Berkeley, CA) will have the same ingredient drive as our dinner menu, and still hit all of the Brunch classics: proper Eggs
Benedict, Braised Ham Hock Hash, seasonal omelets, Ben’s biscuits with our sausage gravy!
Our applewood-smoked Canadian Bacon, pork sausages, Ben’s bacon, grilled steak & eggs and more will come right from our whole animal butcher case. Many of the vegetables and fruits will be from the expanded Cully Farmers’ Market, hosted at Old Salt on Thursdays, from 4-7pm, beginning June 5th!
Extracto coffee and pastries will be provided by Miss Zumstein, our dear neighbor in the Old Salt Marketplace.
